Job Summary: This position involves hand-building pallets of product and loading them onto trailers according to company and customer standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Read pick sheets and navigate warehouse locations using a pallet jack.
2. Select proper products, label, and palletize them, then load onto trucks following zone and location standards.
3. Handle products and build pallets per food safety procedures, inspecting for damages and minimizing cross-contamination.
4. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse, address spills or damages, and dispose of trash properly.
5. Communicate issues to management, including product shortages, safety concerns, or food safety issues.
6. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely.
7. Report equipment issues to management.
8. Complete paperwork and track time using wearable computers for productivity reports.
9. Maintain regular attendance and work overtime as needed.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
