What you'll do

As a Warehouse Selector, your earnings depend on your performance. Completing orders safely and efficiently increases your pay, with the average Selector performing above 100% efficiency. This role involves physical activity such as walking, lifting, and bending, contributing to your fitness. Responsibilities include pulling products, placing them on pallets, and preparing orders for delivery using advanced technology. Teamwork is essential to maintain stock levels across our store locations.

What you need to succeed

• Be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Lift and carry weights up to 85 pounds
• Stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Operate warehouse equipment safely
• Follow instructions accurately
• Pass a Physical Agility Test, if applicable

Work Environment & Compensation

Work shifts are rotating, with temperatures varying in different warehouse areas:

• Boxed Meat/Dairy: 28-35°F
• Frozen Foods: -20 to 0°F
• High Velocity: >90°F
• Produce: 35-55°F, wet environment

Pay starts at $23.20 per hour, increasing after training, with additional bonuses such as year-end holiday bonuses based on tenure.
