What you'll do

As a Warehouse Selector, your earnings are based on your productivity. Completing orders safely and efficiently increases your pay, with top performers earning above the standard rate. This role involves walking, lifting, bending, and stretching—serving as a good workout while working. You will pull products, prepare pallets, and assist in stocking shelves across our extensive store network. You will use advanced technology to locate and select products efficiently. Responsibilities may evolve as needed.

What you need to succeed

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be able to work a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays
• Work fluctuating shifts as needed
• Lift and carry products weighing up to 67 pounds
• Stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Operate a pallet truck or forklift safely
• Perform duties accurately and safely
• Read, write, and verify numbers
• Follow instructions closely
• Pass a Physical Agility Test, if applicable
• Current Atlanta Distribution associate preferred

Hours of Work

Rotating Schedule

Temperatures may exceed 90°F during shifts.

Compensation

Starting pay: $24.35/hour post-training, with potential to exceed $30/hour based on performance. Additional pay includes night differential and weekend premium. In-training pay is $19.48/hour, with training lasting 14-120 days depending on individual productivity and safety.
