Job summary

McLane Company, Inc is hiring a Warehouse Selector II at our Lockbourne, Ohio facility. This role supports a 130+ year tradition of reliable distribution, with a culture focused on safety, teamwork, and advanced technology to serve restaurant, retail, and e-commerce partners.

You will read or scan labels, pull correct quantities, and move items along a conveyor line on a Monday–Friday 6 am shift. Benefits begin after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and life insurance, with

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• The ability to read, write, and understand English sufficiently to perform job-related tasks safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order.
• Pull correct quantities of designated products from a slot location and place in a tote or box.
• Push tote or box along a static conveyor line, continuing to pull items until order is complete (multiple totes or boxes may be needed).
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.

• Pay Rate: $19 per hour.
• Monday-Friday start time of 6 am. Shifts last 8 to 10 hours.
