Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD) in Boston is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Selector) to join our fast-paced, multi-temperature warehouse team. You will safely move and pick orders, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, and use RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory and timely shipments.

You’ll work primarily on a 5-day, on-site schedule with shifts starting at 11:00am and ending at 7:30pm. A valid forklift certification and experience with warehouse systems are required to

Qualifications

• Must hold valid forklift certification and operate equipment safely.
• At least 1 year of safe equipment operation in a warehouse.
• Comfortable in multi-temperature, on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
• Use handheld scanners to pick and pack orders accurately.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area per policy.
• Support inventory counts and FEFO procedures.
