Publix Super Markets is seeking a warehouse selector in distribution to determine earnings by completing orders efficiently. You will pull items for Publix stores, prepare pallets for truck delivery, and use warehouse technology to locate products.

The role requires lifting up to 67 pounds, operating a pallet truck, and earning potential based on performance. Applicants must be 18+, able to work rotating schedules including weekends, and willing to obtain forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work rotating schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Willing to work fluctuating shifts.
• Lift and carry product up to 67 pounds when required.
• Operate pallet truck or forklift safely.
• Must obtain pallet truck/forklift certification before start date.
• Read, write and identify numbers for order accuracy.
• Comply with Physical Agility Test if required.

Responsibilities

• Determine earnings potential by completing more orders safely and efficiently.
• Pull products ordered by stores and prepare pallets for delivery.
• Move finished orders to loading area and ensure efficient stocking of shelves.
• Participate in state-of-the-art technology to locate products in the warehouse.
