Job summary

National DCP, LLC in McDonough, GA is seeking a Warehouse Selector to support Dunkin distribution operations. You will use an electric pallet jack and ring scanners to pick, label, and palletize products, building custom orders for outbound delivery across dry, refrigerated, and freezer zones.

The role offers full-time hours with a Sunday-to-Friday shift, competitive hourly pay, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must work in dry, cooler, and freezer environments as needed.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and operate hand tools safely.
• Experience with voice-directed picking preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric pallet jack or forklift to pick orders accurately.
• Stack and stage pallets for outbound delivery.
• Maintain selection rates across temperature zones.
• Shrink-wrap pallets for transport and inspect equipment daily.
• Follow safety procedures and NDCP’s guidelines.
