Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Wells, ME. The role involves selecting products in a fast-paced warehouse using ride-on electric pallet jacks and various lifting equipment. You will enter data accurately and adapt to changing shifts, including weekends.

Expected to work 6:00am– finish, with weekends mandatory; production pay ranges weekly based on output. Capstone emphasizes a high-performance culture, safety, and internal career growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with ride-on electric pallet jacks.
• High-energy, strong work ethic.
• Able to work with limited supervision.
• Independent decision making when needed to complete tasks.
• Flexible schedule to meet changing operational needs.
• Accurate data entry and handling administrative tasks.
• Sit or stand for extended periods in office and warehouse environments.
• Walks throughout the warehouse during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Select products throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks, reach lifts, forklifts, and other duties as assigned.
• Operate VoCollect, RF Scan-guns, or read manual tickets.

5 days per week Weekends: Mandatory

6:00am - Finish | Final shift schedule will be determined upon hire

$700-$1,000+/weekly | Production Pay

The Opportunity:

• Selecting products throughout the warehouse leveraging warehouse equipment that may include single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts or forklifts and other duties as assigned by site leadership
• Use of VoCollect, RF Scan-guns or reading manual tickets

What Success Looks like:

• 2+ years experience with ride-on electric pallet jack
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
• Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision
• Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
• Ability to provide accurate entry of data and ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned
• Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
• Walking throughout warehouse during shift
