Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Selector for our Phoenix, AZ facility to move, pick, and deliver products in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment while ensuring accuracy and safety. This on-site role supports a four-day work week with a start time of 8:00 AM and a shift ending around 6:30 PM.

As a full-time team member, you’ll contribute to safe, efficient operations, help maintain inventory accuracy, and play a key role in keeping our supply chain flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift).
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
• Accurately pick, lift, and place products to build pallets per customer orders.
• Operate forklifts/pallet jacks safely in high-traffic warehouse areas.
• Visually inspect and verify all incoming/outgoing product.
• Maintain safety, productivity, and cleanliness standards at all times. Read labels, count product, and complete order paperwork. Support team with cleaning and additional duties as needed.

Warehouse Selector – Phoenix

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.

In This Roll, You'll

• Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift)
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards

What You’ll Bring

Selector (Picker) Specific

• Valid forklift certification / Electric Pallet Jack and 1yr+ of safe equipment operation
• Strong reading/math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation
• Use a voice-directed picking system (VoCollect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer orders

Schedule & Setting

• Sundays off
• Full time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F)
• Primarily a 4-day work week, start time 8am-6:30pm
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends
• Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing/walking for extended period

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly pay ( every Friday)
