Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, with shifts from 12:00pm to 8:30pm on Sunday (overtime needed), and 3:00pm to 11:30pm Monday through Thursday (overtime needed).

Responsibilities include selecting cases and other containers of food and non-food products to fulfill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems. Items are placed on pallets, and completed orders are moved to the loading dock staging area using an electric pallet jack or forklift, then wrapped, labeled, and prepared for shipment, all while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards. The role requires functioning as a team member and performing any duties assigned to serve the company's needs.

Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures per company guidelines. Ensure the work area is safe, report unsafe conditions immediately, and perform safety checks on equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. Use all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.

Meet productivity and accuracy standards as per location and company guidelines. Operate pallet jacks along designated racks to locate and pick products according to order sheets, manually placing stock items on pallets from pick slots and racks. Transport completed pallets to the shipping dock, possibly shrink-wrapping pallets for staging.

Manage equipment batteries by recharging or replacing as needed, and complete vehicle inspection checklists. At the end of shifts, secure all equipment and complete necessary paperwork. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, stack, and pull products weighing between 10-35 pounds, generally up to 60-90 pounds depending on the location.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, including cooler, freezer, and dry areas.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
