GardaWorld Security is seeking a Surveillance Security Officer in Tucson, AZ. You will monitor security systems, document incidents, and respond to threats while patrolling and controlling access to secure areas.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED and pass a rigorous screening process. We offer competitive pay of $18.40 per hour, benefits including medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) with employer matching, PTO, and overtime opportunities.

As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they elevate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

• Site Location: Tucson, AZ
• Set schedule: 11pm- 7am Sat- Mon Part- Time (24 hours per week)
• Shift 2: 3pm- 11pm Sat- Mon Part- Time (24 hours per week)
• Shift 3: 11pm- 7am Tue- Fri ( 32 hours per week)

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 21 years or older
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
• Active Guard Card Required
