Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required
• Associate's degree preferred in related field
• Five (5) years or more experience in Security or Law Enforcement required
• Three (3) years or more spent at supervisor or above level required
• Law Enforcement School Certification

• Annual Salary Pay: $72,500 per year based on experience




• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Employee must be flexible and open to working additional days and hours as needed to support operations

The Supervisor Security will be responsible for the following: Supervision of security staff for the safety and protection of all Ryder personnel at the Braintree, MA Facility. Ensure that access control is maintained at all times. Develop security procedures to be adhered to by security staff. Ensure that equipment pertinent to the security operation is serviced and maintained and in operable condition. Purchase tools pertinent to the operation of the security department at the Boston, MA facility and ensure billing is correct.
