Job summary

Mastronardi Produce is seeking a sanitation associate for our Indiana facility. You will assist with cleaning interior and exterior warehouse areas and production lines, following safety and food-safety policies, and using equipment like forklifts and scrubbers.

The role requires adherence to company rules and regular training attendance. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a willingness to work with chemicals safely and lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; basic servicerelated duties.
• Willingness to follow health, safety and food safety policies.
• Ability to work with chemicals safely and report issues.
• Commitment to protecting equipment and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Assist with interior and exterior cleaning in the warehouse.
• Clean production lines for both conventional and organic areas.
• Follow directions; support team and offer ideas as needed.
• Attend training in sanitation, health, safety and food safety.
• Wear PPE as prescribed and operate equipment safely.
• Use forklifts, scissor-lifts, vacuums and other tools as directed.
• Perform heavy lifting and break down equipment as required.
• Maintain prescribed records and compliance with policies.
