Job summary

Mastronardi Produce Ltd. seeks a Sanitation Team Member for the Warehouse night shift (6 PM–5:30 AM) on a rotational schedule (Tues–Thu, Sun–Mon, Fri–Sat). The role focuses on cleaning duties across the warehouse and production lines, with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

You will work as part of a team, follow policies, wear PPE, and operate cleaning equipment safely, participating in required training for Sanitation, Health & Safety and Food Safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in refrigeration environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning duties for interior and exterior warehouse.
• Assist with conventional and organic cleaning on production lines.
• Work as a team member; follow directions and offer support and suggestions.
• Attend all training for Sanitation, Health & Safety and Food Safety; adhere to policies.

• Perform some heavy lifting and breakdown of equipment.

Primary Function:

The essential function of this position is working as a Sanitation Team Member in Warehouse for Mastronardi Produce, by providing day-to-day assistance to complete cleaning activities as required by the Sanitation Program.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with cleaning duties for both the interior and exterior warehouse.
• Assist with conventional and organic cleaning on production lines.
• Work as a team member; follow directions and offer support and suggestions when necessary.

Working Conditions:

• Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing facility.
• Working conditions included refrigerate warehouses (30 F to 70 F)
• Must be capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
