McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Sanitation Teammate to maintain a clean and safe environment across offices, the distribution center, and transportation areas.

You will work with a team-focused culture and enjoy industry-leading benefits as part of a long-standing company with 130+ years in distribution. The role includes cleaning duties across multiple areas, painting, and grounds maintenance, with a schedule of Sundays through Thursdays.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to perform tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment in offices, DC, and Transportation areas.
• Vacuum or mop floors, empty trash, wipe surfaces in offices.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Wash windows, sweep/mop floors, empty trash in break rooms and entrances.
• Sweep/mop floors, clean dock plates and pallets in DC/Transportation.
• Maintain walkways and grounds, including grass and cigarette receptacles.
• Paint interior and exterior areas of the facility.
• Other duties may be assigned.
