McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Sanitation Teammate to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, including offices, DC areas, and transportation zones.

You will perform cleaning tasks across multiple facilities and contribute to a well-organized distribution network. The role requires 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to read, write, and understand English to perform tasks safely.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.
• This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment in offices, break rooms, DC, and Transportation areas.
• Office cleaning: vacuum/mop floors, empty trash, wipe surfaces, clean windows/walls.
• Restroom cleaning and sanitizing; empty trash; sweep/mop floors; replenish supplies.
• Break rooms, entrances and locker areas cleaning; wash windows; sweep/mop floors; empty trash; replenish surfaces.
• DC/Transportation cleaning: sweep/mop floors; empty trash; clean dock plates; clean racks; put away pallets.
• Division Grounds: pick up/empty trash; maintain walkways; cut grass; empty cigarette cans.
• Paint inside and outside of the facility.
• Other duties may be assigned.
