InterChange Group, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Facility Industrial Cleaner in Harrisonburg, VA. The role supports cleaning across breakrooms, restrooms, docks, and warehouse areas, with routine PPE compliance.

The job requires 1 year in a warehouse/manufacturing setting, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 45 lbs. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, on-site work with benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1 year related experience in warehouse or manufacturing.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs on a regular basis.
• Safe handling of cleaning supplies and dedicated PPE usage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to be self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Cleans breakroom, restrooms, and warehouse surfaces.
• Sweeps/mops floors in all designated areas.
• Assists in cleaning the freezer dock area and exterior dock.
• Responds quickly to spills and urgent cleaning needs.
• Wipes down and disinfects restrooms, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Checks and replenishes restroom supplies.
• Breaks down boxes and recycles materials.
• Maintains cleaning tools and records daily tasks.
• Assists with ordering cleaning supplies and maintaining stock.
• Notifies supervisors about maintenance concerns and repairs.
• Complies with GMP and food safety standards during cleaning duties.
• Works independently and communicates issues to supervision.
