Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is hiring a Sanitation Associate in Wisconsin to maintain cleanliness of the distribution center and surrounding areas. You will operate cleaning equipment, assist with exterior upkeep, and support light facilities maintenance while following OSHA safety rules.

Responsibilities include handling cleaning chemicals safely, coordinating with operations teams, and performing additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 0–6 months of general warehouse or sanitation experience (preferred, not required)
• Comfort using cleaning equipment and basic tools (e.g., floor scrubbers, snow blowers, hand tools)
• Forklift training within the first 30 days of employment; certification on multiple equipment adds pay

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors, breakroom, restrooms, conference room, offices, and other common areas
• Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment as needed
• Support exterior upkeep including snow and ice removal and keeping entryways clear and safe
• Assist with light facilities maintenance (trash removal, minor repairs, landscaping support)
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment per OSHA and SiteOne standards
• Partner with operations and facilities teams to meet sanitation and safety standards
• Other general duties as assigned
