Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a production-support medewerker in Edmond, OK. The role focuses on cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining equipment and work areas to meet company SOPs.

You may operate forklifts and hand lifts while ensuring a safe, efficient production environment. Responsibilities include inspecting the department, reporting injuries or issues, and following all policies. A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required, with fluency in English and basic math skills

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Must be able to speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machinery, equipment, floors, walls, and ceilings are cleaned and sanitized according to schedule.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment according to schedule.
• Perform final inspection of the department to ensure cleanliness and readiness for production per SOPs.
• May operate forklifts and hand lifts to move product between areas.
• Work safely under all conditions and procedures.
• Report work-related injuries and illnesses to supervisor.
• Report any process or equipment problems to supervisor.
• Follow policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Perform all duties accurately and efficiently.
