Loffredo Fresh Foods is hiring a full-time Night Warehouse Sanitation Clerk in Des Moines, IA. The role focuses on maintaining food-safety standards and facility cleanliness during night shifts, with duties including light maintenance and equipment checks.

The candidate should have warehouse experience, be able to work in refrigerated conditions, and communicate effectively with team members and customers. Regular Sundays to Thursdays schedule with 6 PM start completes the shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and pallet jack experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret company documents, maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.
• Must be a self-directed individual with the ability to relate to people at all levels.
• Ability to work independently within a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and follow safety guidelines for warehouse equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility in accordance with food industry regulations and company standards.

As a NightWarehouse Sanitation Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring that our facility is meeting all food industry regulations and company standards. The role includes light maintenance work, seasonal tasks, and ensuring that equipment is in proper working order. Effective communication and collaboration with co-workers and customers, both internal and external, is essential. Other duties may include special projects as assigned.

Schedule:

• Hours: 6 PM until complete
• Days Working: Sunday - Thursday
• Days Off: Friday & Saturday

What we look for:
