Job summary

Capstone is hiring a sanitation associate in Houston, TX for 1st shift (4:00am - Finish). The role pays $15.00 per hour with weekly pay. Responsibilities include keeping the site clean, learning sanitation and pallet sorting, and working with customer staff to ensure prompt, safe operations.

Successful candidates will be high-energy, self-motivated, and capable of independent work with minimal supervision. The position offers training, travel opportunities, and overtime considerations as needed.

Requirements:

• The sanitation associate keep the work site clean and free of debris
• You will learn both sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision
• Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner
• Assigned to specified areas within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations

• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
• Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
