Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Sanitation, Warehouse worker to maintain a clean and safe environment across all warehouse areas, including dry, cooler and freezer spaces. The role requires adherence to health and safety policies and timely completion of safety training.

Pay is $15 per hour with Monday–Friday shifts, starting early in the morning and continuing until work is completed. Benefits and opportunities for growth support a stable career in a large North American distribution network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check required.
• 6+ months general sanitation, cleaning and/or janitorial work experience preferred.
• Pallet jack experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties (dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash pickup) following health and safety guidelines.
• Handle cleaning chemicals per hazmat material sheets and store them properly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in all warehouse areas (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Timely completion of required safety and training modules.
• Operate pallet jack to transport refuse/trash to receptacles as needed.
• Complete assignments accurately and on time; assist with related duties as assigned.

Position Purpose:

We value the safety and health of our associates! The Sanitation, Warehouse ensures the health and safety of all our associates by always maintaining a clean and safe workplace.

The Sanitation, Warehouse performs general janitorial, cleaning, and sanitation related job tasks in warehouse facility, including dry, cooler and freezer areas. May perform similar duties in office areas as assigned.

Position Details:

• Pay: $15/hr.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Shift: 6:00 AM - Until Complete

Primary Responsibilities:

• Completes all work according to company health and safety policies and guidelines.
• Reports all unsafe conditions or unsafe acts immediately to ensure safety of all associates.
• Performs cleaning duties as assigned including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash pickup and related janitorial tasks.
• Handles all cleaning chemicals as directed in hazmat material sheets.
• Timely and accurate completion of all assigned Pure Safety training modules.
• May require operation of pallet jack to transport refuse/trash to appropriate receptacles.
• Completes all assignments and timely and accurately.
• May be required to work with cleaning chemicals.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
