Capstone is hiring a sanitation associate for our La Vergne, TN facility on the 3rd shift. The role pays $18.50/hr and includes paid training, with benefits after 60 days and potential career growth across 580+ sites nationwide.

You will learn sanitation and pallet sorting, work with customer staff and drivers, and lift 25–75 lbs as needed while maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment and meeting performance expectations.

Requirements:

• The sanitation associate keep the work site clean and free of debris
• You will learn both sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision
• Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner
• Assigned to specified areas within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations
