Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Safety Manager to champion safety culture in our Warehouse Operations. You will lead compliance, training, and incident prevention initiatives across facilities to ensure every associate returns home safely at day’s end.

With 5+ years in industrial safety, you’ll oversee audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations while coordinating with regulators. On-site role with travel up to 20%, competitive $80k-$90k salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, EPA and related regulations.
• Proficient in incident investigation, auditing and job hazard analysis.
• Experience leading safety programs in manufacturing/warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership and compliance: enforce safety programs and regulatory compliance; lead investigations and audits.
• Training and safety culture development: design/deliver training on forklift operations and lockout/tagout.
• Maintenance and facility reliability: oversee preventive/corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities.
