Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team in a global logistics environment. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while building a culture of accountability.

This role offers a Friday-to-Monday style 4th shift (Thu-Sun 4AM-2PM) with a salary range of $68,000 to $75,000 per year and comprehensive benefits. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 1–3 years of supervisory experience are required; proficiency with WMS (Blue

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
1–3 years direct supervisory experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
A passion for safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transactional environment.
Tech‑savvy: experience with WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400 a plus), Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

Motivate your team through shift meetings, one-on-one coaching, and real-time support.
Address concerns, celebrate wins, and keep communication open and honest.
Create a culture of accountability, safety, and pride in performance.
Adjust workflows and resources to hit productivity and quality goals.
Implement labor management programs and performance tracking.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and supply needs; inventory accuracy through audits.
Identify training needs and lead cross‑training efforts; on-the-job training.
Lead monthly safety meetings and conduct daily safety observations.
