Job summary

Legends Global in Highland Heights, KY, is seeking part-time Warehouse Runner/Catering set-up team members for our Food & Beverage department at Truist Arena. This role is event-based with variable hours and no guaranteed weekly schedule.

You will stock and rotate inventory, process requisitions and transfers, and ensure FIFO practice. A HS diploma or GED, or 3-6 months related experience, is required, along with the ability to communicate by radio and follow safety rules.

• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Stocks and rotates inventory at all locations daily.
• Fills requisitions and enters transfers for all locations.
• Rotates inventory using FIFO.
• Maintains inventory and stock of all supplies at all locations.
• Complies with Health and Sanitation Laws and safe transfer/storage procedures.
• Keeps storeroom organized and clean.
• Enters transfers into Quest system daily.

Summary:

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is recruiting for part-time associates for Warehouse Runner/Catering set-up team members in our Food & Beverage department at Truist Arena in Highland Heights, Kentucky. Our business is event based and our labor needs vary widely from week to week and event to event. For this reason, all of our part-time positions are “as needed” and we cannot offer employees consistent schedules or a guaranteed number of hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Stocks/rotates inventory at all locations on a daily basis.

Fills requisitions and enters transfers for all locations

Rotates inventory practicing FIFO

Maintains inventory and stock of all supplies at all locations

Maintains rules and regulations of Health and Sanitation Laws, as well as safe transfer/storage procedures

Maintains and organized and clean storeroom.

Enters transfers into quest daily.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language, Mathematical, Reasoning Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to communicate and execute instructions via radio.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Duties other than those expressly specified may be assigned from time to time.
