THE ROLE

As a Warehouse Associate at Quince you will play an essential role in ensuring customers receive the quality and service they expect.

Position Details

• Job Type: Temporary, up to 89 days (potential for permanent conversion based on business needs, consistent attendance and performance)
• Assignment End Date: No later than August 1, 2026
• Location: 24 N Game Creek Road, Carney’s Point, NJ 08069
• Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour for day shift and $21.00 per hour for night shift; if converted to permanent, you’ll be eligible for pay progression up to $23 per hour after two years

Responsibilities

• Stay focused and on task in a fast‑paced environment
• Unpack and inspect returned merchandise
• Receive merchandise using computer systems
• Process and distribute merchandise efficiently
• Review items to determine next action
• Maintain inventory control based on guidelines
• Fulfill new customer orders
• Communicate processing or vendor issues to your Manager
• Collaborate with fellow associates on shared assignments
• Flex to other job assignments as directed

Requirements

• Ability to perform multiple functions across the site
• High attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask

• Willingness to work overtime if needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout the day
• Use carts, dollies, and other equipment to move items
• Lift up to 49 lbs and push utility carts up to 60 lbs
