Job summary

Rust-Oleum is seeking a capable Warehouse Associate to support order preparation and inventory control in a fast-paced facility in North Carolina. You will operate stand-up forklifts, stock flow racks, and ensure items are in sellable condition, while communicating with leads and the manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic reading and comprehension skills.
• Minimum 1 year stand-up forklift operation capabilities.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse, pick and pack operation experience preferred.
• Prior inventory experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to identify products by item markings.
• Ability to read and comprehend stock status reports.
• Customer service oriented.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain neat, orderly and well stocked flow racks and reserve locations.
