Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and guidance to Repack Leads and team members.
• Oversee daily workflow of weld repackaging and material handling.
• Develop production schedules with Operations Manager for repackaging targets.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and records.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct training for staff.
• Address conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Compile daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement productivity improvements.
