Position Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse Repack for our Phoenix location to sort, repack and stack product as necessary in accordance with Hensley standards.

This position is be based out of Phoenix and supports customers in the West Valley.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Maintain our culture of “Safety First”
• Maintain clean work environment by cleaning while working
• Clean all products to new condition exceeding pre-defined quality standards
• Follow explicit instructions in reworking and repacking products
• Must follow all Hensley processes to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
• Assist as needed restacking and reworking damaged inbound loads
• Communicate with managers with any issues or ideas to improve workflow

Required Skills and Experience:

• Be at least 18 years of age or older
• Good communication skills and cheerful disposition
• Must be able to work well with others
• Ability to interact with diverse personalities
• Ability to read code dates proficiently
• Frequently required to lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have good attendance
• Previous beverage industry/warehouse experience helpful, but not necessary
