Job summary

Wilbur-Ellis in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Representative I to support all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving inventory to order fulfillment. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficient handling of goods.

You will work with forklifts, scanners, and WMS to maintain records, pick orders on time, and help maintain a clean, organized environment. A positive, professional demeanor and a willingness to learn are important.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience preferred and at least 18 years old.
• Maintain professional appearance while interacting with customers.
• Willingness to operate material handling equipment including forklift, pallet jack, and other equipment (forklift training on the job).
• Ability to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime during busy seasons.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Receive and ship inventory items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring no product leaves or enters the warehouse without the necessary paperwork.
• Meet and complete all regulatory safety requirements.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness.
• Utilizes scales and measures to accurately fill containers.
• Pull customer orders correctly for on time delivery.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

• Experience using handheld scanners, mobile devices, or RF equipment for inventory and order picking
• Ability to accurately enter andmaintaindata in digital systems and follow electronic documentation processes
• Comfort using digital communication tools such as Microsoft Teams or similar platforms
• Willingness to learn and adoptnew technologies, including AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve efficiency

Compensation and Benefits:

• The base compensation for this position ranges from $16.25 to $21.70 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
