Join Our Team as a Warehouse Reclaim Associate at Capstone Logistics, LLC

We are hiring for the Warehouse Reclaim Associate position at Capstone Logistics, LLC. This role involves sorting and reconditioning damaged pallets, documenting UPCs and counts, and performing light clerical tasks, cleaning, and repacking in a fast-paced refrigerated warehouse environment.

Shift Details

• 1st Shift: 4am-12:30pm, Monday-Friday, no weekends
• 2nd Shift: 10am-Finish, Monday-Friday, and weekend shifts from 6am-Finish

Compensation

$15.50 per hour

Gilroy, CA 95020

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, capable of handling physical work
• Ability to lift and carry 25-75 lbs
• Previous warehouse or equipment experience preferred but not required (training available)
• Must be over 18 years old, undergo pre-employment drug test and background check
