Job summary

The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is seeking a Warehouse/Receiving Manager to oversee the Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluation of the Warehouse/Receiving team under the direction of the Manager, Warehouse. You will ensure accurate inventory, proper receiving paperwork, and adherence to safety and Indiana Gaming regulations.

Qualifications

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in casino warehouse management.
Extensive knowledge of Stratton Warren Inventory Purchasing System and related subsystems.
Team-oriented management and multitasking.
Excellent organization skills.

Responsibilities

Schedule coverage for Warehouse/Receiving staff to ensure adequate coverage.
Staffing, interviewing, hiring, and timely evaluations of subordinates.
Training and coaching of Warehouse/Receiving employees; cross-training when applicable.
Maintain accurate receiving paperwork and ensure proper approvals.
Monitor and adjust inventory par levels according to demand and usage.
Manage department budget and waste reporting with Finance Management.
Ensure safety compliance and adherence to Indiana Gaming Regulations.
