Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Warehouse Associate II at our Richmond, VA distribution facility. You will unload deliveries with power equipment, verify items against invoices, pick and stage orders, and help with packing for delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and 1–2 years in a distribution or warehouse setting, physical fitness to lift up to 40 pounds, and the ability to work in varied conditions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; trade school acceptable.
• 1–2 years in distribution center or warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and operate power equipment safely.
• Adherence to safety protocols and PPE.
• Ability to work in varying conditions and independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries with power equipment and stock items.
• Receive purchase orders, verify against invoices and packing lists.
• Pull products from shelves based on item number, size, color, and quantity.
• Pack and stage completed orders for delivery.
• Verify accuracy of items picked and staged for delivery.
• Surpass performance expectations by completing tasks efficiently.
• Cross-train in picking, pulling, labeling, shipping, and deliveries as directed.
