Qualifications

• One to two years of warehouse experience in shipping and receiving.
• Excellent work ethic: able to work self-directed and as a flexible team player.
• Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed.
• Experience operating warehouse machinery (sit-down lift, cherry picker, reach truck).
• Qualified applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist warehouse unloading trucks and checking in and validating merchandise prior to stocking.
• Sort and place material or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
• Wear the proper safety equipment at all times.
• Any other duties as requested by respective supervisor and/or manager.
• Perform systematically any inventory stocking moves to ensure system accuracy.
