Job summary

MacKenzie-Childs in Aurora, NY is seeking a warehouse associate responsible for receiving, documenting, verifying, and loading/unloading incoming and outgoing supplies and products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliveries.

You will move inventory to proper locations and assist with daily warehouse tasks, including packaging, UPS/FedEx shipments, and maintaining organized Receiving Department workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read, sort, check, count, and verify numbers.
• Proficiency with computer systems and basic software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with receiving processes and returns procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments and record them in the computer system.
• Deliver products and move inventory to proper locations.
• Read and respond to emails, and copy and file Receiving Department paperwork.
• Process return purchase orders, pick components for jobs, issue and maintain an organized and tidy work area.
• Assist with inventory control.
• Assist with the delivery of furniture for the Production Department.
• Pack and process UPS and FedEx freight shipments.
