Floor & Decor is hiring a Receiving Associate in Wisconsin to support warehouse operations in our retail stores. The role involves unloading, auditing, staging products, and ensuring paperwork is complete.

Minimum eligibility includes 1–2 years warehouse experience, forklift experience preferred, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work extended hours during peak seasons. Base pay starts at $15 per hour with higher starting pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available for extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
• Comply with safe lifting practices and SOPs.
• Complete required department and equipment training (forklift certification).
