Patterson Companies, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Associate to ensure orders are available, accurate, salable, and received promptly. The role involves unloading inbound packages, matching to purchase orders, and entering data into our inventory systems.

Responsibilities include bulk receiving, DSCSA authentication, and maintaining an organized, safe warehouse. Training for forklift operation is required, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient and accurate PC/keyboard skills with MS Office (Excel, Word) and email.
• Ability to read, write and count.
• Comprehensive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
• Ability to train and certify the use of forklifts: sit-down, Cherry picker, Joey.

Responsibilities

• Unload, inspect, count and sign inbound packages and skids.
• Sort skids and packages by business unit.
• Use pack slips or printouts to match received products to PO.
• Enter quantities into computer or scan received products.
• Enter accurate information into the computer system.
• Place product in appropriate container, cart, pallet or skid.
• Move product to staging area for put away.
• Identify non-conformances and forward to OS&D.
