Job summary

Systematics is seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate in Itasca, IL to receive, inspect, and document shipments. You will log items, label and store them properly, and keep precise records in our inventory system.

The role is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with overtime as needed. Basic computer skills and teamwork are essential. Pay ranges from $17 to $19 per hour, with benefits including medical, vision, retirement, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software preferred.
• Forklift certification a plus or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against PO and packing slips.
• Count incoming components and parts.
• Record and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Label and store items in designated areas.
• Maintain accurate records in inventory system.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and QC teams as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
