Job summary

Reading Truck Group in Caldwell, Idaho is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support loading, stocking, and order fulfillment. You will work closely with receiving, shipping, and internal customers to keep parts moving efficiently.

This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, lean warehousing, and participation in cycle counts. Prior warehouse and parts counter experience is preferred, with a reliable, team‑oriented work ethic and willingness to operate trucks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous back parts counter experience preferred, including accurately identifying, locating, issuing, and tracking parts to support service operations.
• Prior experience as a Warehouse Associate.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload materials to and from designated areas such as racks, shelves, and/or vehicles.
• Pull and Pick orders for any type of pick ticket.
• Stock all parts received by receiving agents.
• Assist in shipping and receiving administration as needed.
• Driving and/or staging trucks.
• Participate in cycle counts.
• Participate in 5S and LEAN initiatives.
• Assist to maintain a clean & orderly work area.
• Operate in conjunction with the organizational goals of the warehouse.
