Job summary

Supportworks, Inc. is seeking a dependable Receiving Specialist for our state‑of‑the‑art facility in Omaha. You will receive and process inbound materials, verify accuracy, and ensure inventory integrity while contributing to a fast-paced, team‑driven environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (some college preferred) and 1 year shipping/receiving experience. Forklift experience is a plus; training is available, and data entry accuracy is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, some college preferred.
• One (1) year shipping/receiving experience a plus.
• Forklift handling is preferred but willing to train.
• Skill in operating personal computer and programs such as spreadsheets and word processing software.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound materials, inspect for accuracy and quality, and log into the system.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations and maintain accessible inventory.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and recounts; resolve discrepancies.
• Promote a safe and clean work environment by following safety policies and daily chores.

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 am–2:30 pm schedule (with occasional weekends)
• Competitive pay: $19.00–$21.00/hour based on experience

As a Receiving Specialist, you will:

Receive and Process Incoming Materials

• Inspect and check in all inbound shipments for accuracy and quality
• Accurately receive products into the system
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly performance metrics

Organize and Store Inventory

• Efficiently put away received products in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain organized, accessible inventory to support smooth operations

Maintain Inventory Accuracy

• Perform routine cycle counts and necessary recounts
• Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure inventory integrity

Promote a Safe and Clean Work Environment

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Complete daily warehouse cleaning and organization tasks

Education And Experience
