Qualifications

• Proficiency with receiving software or ERP systems.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Forklift certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: pick, pack and prepare shipments per customer orders.
• Shipping coordination: process labels and documents for transportation or pickup.
• Inspection: check incoming goods for defects and discrepancies.
• Inventory management: update systems and label/store items in designated locations.
• Documentation: complete receiving logs and maintain records.
• Equipment use: operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
• Coordination: assist receiving, shipping, and quality control for smooth workflow.
• Stock organization: keep receiving area clean and hazard-free.
• Returns: process returned items and coordinate with vendors for credits.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
