Codale Electric Supply in Las Vegas is hiring a Warehouse Associate-Receiving to accurately prepare, pack, ship and receive orders. The role focuses on inventory integrity, order accuracy, and safe warehouse operations.

You will use receiving software and ERP systems, inspect goods, manage staging areas, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure timely deliveries. Schedule is 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, in Las Vegas, NV.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using receiving software and systems.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software is a plus.
• Forklift certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare outbound shipments per customer order and company standards.
• Process shipping labels and documents; prep products for transport or pickup.
• Inspect incoming goods for defects or discrepancies; report issues.
• Update inventory systems with received items and label/store items correctly.
• Complete receiving logs and maintain accurate records for inventory tracking.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks.
• Coordinate receiving, shipping, inventory and quality control for smooth workflow.
• Maintain organized receiving area and keep it hazard-free.
• Process returned items or defective goods; arrange replacements or credits.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
