Job summary

Reading Truck Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day operations at our Clinton, MD facility. You will handle inbound and outbound materials, assist with order fulfillment, and help maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

You'll pull and stock parts, participate in cycle counts and LEAN initiatives, and work closely with the shipping and receiving teams to meet internal and external customer needs. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Warehouse Associate.
• Manufacturing industry or background experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials to/from racks, shelves, and vehicles.
• Pull and pick orders for various pick tickets.
• Stock all parts received by receiving agents.
• Assist in shipping and receiving administration.
• Drive and/or stage trucks.
• Participate in cycle counts.
• Support 5S and LEAN initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Operate in alignment with warehouse goals.
