Job summary

Dennis-K.-Burke in Taunton, MA is hiring a Warehouse Receiving & Production Associate II to safely unload pallets, scan and count products, and produce totes for distribution. You will operate a forklift, ensure paperwork accuracy, and help with production of drums, totes, and pails while following safety checklists.

The role is full-time, non-exempt, 6:00 am–2:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with UPS and inventory duties, quality control, and ongoing collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED, with 1-2 years of experience in similar role.
• Forklift certification and experience required.
• Solid problem-solving abilities and time management skills.
• Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Follow all safety protocols and standards.
• Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, and can work with all levels of the organization.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with employees and customers.
• Familiar with, and understands barcoding processes.

Responsibilities

• Daily transfer of products.
• Receive packaged goods, and ensure products are transferred to bins prior to end of shift.
• Perform product counts as needed to ensure accuracy; produce product totes, drums, and pails.
• Assist in delivering empty totes to production to be filled.
• Fill totes and verify they are labeled properly, capped, and have a corresponding meter ticket.
• Properly and accurately label/wrap drums & pails.
• Complete daily documentation required each shift including checklists.
• Oversee UPS orders and assist with Customer Order pick-up as needed.
• Assist in physical inventory count.
• Other duties as required.
