BrightKey, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Clerk to ensure accurate reception, inspection, and documentation of incoming shipments at our Annapolis Junction, MD facility. The role emphasizes attention to detail and safe, organized storage in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will manage PO comparisons, perform quality inspections, use warehouse software, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts. This on-site position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Receiver in a Warehouse
• Inventory Management experience
• Experience loading/unloading trucks
• Experience operating warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, scissor lifts, cherry pickers
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Verify and record incoming shipments against purchase orders, invoices, or packing slips to ensure accuracy of goods received.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, report findings and coordinate returns or exchanges with suppliers.
• Efficiently sort, label, and store received items in designated storage areas while maintaining an organized and safe working environment.
• Utilize warehouse management systems or inventory software to update and maintain accurate records of inventory.
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to safely load, unload and move goods within the warehouse.
• Perform regular inventory counts and participate in periodic inventory audits to support accurate stock management.
