Job summary

Theisen's, Inc. is seeking a Receiving/Split Outs/Stocking Warehouse Associate for our Dubuque, IA facility. This full-time role focuses on receiving freight, stock control, and split-out duties using RF scanners and packing standards.

Responsibilities include logging P.O. numbers, entering UPC data, building pallets, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory across stores. Occasional training support and adherence to safety protocols are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 3–12 months warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to perform essential duties with accuracy and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Receive Freight and log P.O./UPC data.
• Stock items and split out freight as directed.
• Build pallets and shrink wrap for shipping.
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Move pallets to staging areas and label with store numbers.
• Maintain clean, organized receiving and staging areas.
• Assist with training of new associates as needed.
• Follow safety rules and wear protective gear.
