Job summary

LABTECH DIAGNOSTICS is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Associate to manage inbound and outbound shipments, inspect goods, document inventory, and maintain an organized storage area. The role spans receiving, shipping, courier duties, and general warehouse tasks.

A high school diploma or equivalent and prior warehouse experience are preferred; forklift experience is a plus. Safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced San Antonio facility are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with shipping and receiving procedures and inventory control.
• Ability to enter received inventory into systems accurately.
• Strong organizational, time-management and attention-to-detail skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork; able to work independently.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against orders and documents.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report issues.
• Document inventory and store materials in designated locations.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packing and labeling.
• Coordinate pickups with carriers and ensure proper paperwork.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse and handle equipment as trained.
