Floor & Decor is seeking a Receiving Associate in Danbury, CT to support warehouse operations, unload, audit, and stage products, and help recover store inventory. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.

Key duties include staging for counting, paperwork completion, safe storage and inventory rotation while adhering to safety procedures. Forklift certification is required or pursued on site as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Complete receiving paperwork accurately.
• Maintain proper storage to maximize space and safety.
• Oversee inventory rotation in warehouse.
• Follow safe lifting practices and SOPs.
• Complete department and equipment training (forklift).
