About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of inventory within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle and process outbound inventory, including picking, packing, and shipping of repaired items.
  2. Conduct inventory transfers between departments.
  3. Recycle and dispose of returned used inventory responsibly.
  4. Utilize NetSuite and Salesforce to accurately track inventory movement.
  5. Assemble outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and minimizing damage during transit.
  6. Maintain accurate inventory records using barcoding systems.
  7. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations.
  8. Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  9. Adhere to all safety and quality standards.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  2. At least one (1) year of experience in a warehouse or related environment preferred.
  3. Proficiency in computer operations, including word processing and spreadsheet software.
  4. Ability to operate and learn to operate various warehouse equipment.
  5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
